Pronunciation & Spelling
Only fisher is a true rhyme (it is a homophone of fissure). Fission shares the same /fɪʃ/ start and the 'fiss' spelling, but ends with /ən/, so it does not rhyme. Fissile uses the same 'fiss' spelling but says /ˈfɪs-/, not /ˈfɪʃ-/. Sure, pressure, and measure all share the -sure spelling, but sure says /ʃʊr/, while pressure and measure end with /-ʃɚ/ and /-ʒɚ/ with different stressed vowels, so none of them rhymes with fissure.
