动词 annex 表示“将…附属到…”时，须用介词 to 引出对象，而不是 with。with 表示“用/带着”，不能表达附属关系，所以应把 with 改为 to。
The new library annexes to the old building.The new library is annexed to the old building.
annex 是及物动词，必须带宾语，不能像不及物动词那样直接加 to 表示“依附于”。要表达“是…的附属建筑”，可用被动语态 be annexed to，或直接用名词结构 an annex of。
The company annexed another startup last month.The company acquired another startup last month.
在商业语境中，表示“收购”应用 acquire 或 take over，annex 通常指领土吞并或增建附属建筑，用于公司收购不符合英语搭配习惯。
