The target 'quantity' ends in '-ity' with stress on the first syllable (vowel /ɒ/). Common words like 'ability' and 'activity' share the ending but have stress on a different syllable, so they do not rhyme. 'Quality' has the same stress pattern but a different consonant cluster, making it a near rhyme only.
