All end in -sive /sɪv/. The first three have stress on the second syllable and share the vowel /ɛ/ and nasal /n/ in the stressed syllable, but differ in the initial consonant cluster (/t/ vs /sp/ vs /f/). 'Massive' has stress on the first syllable with /æ/. None perfectly rhymes with 'extensive' (/ɪkˈstɛnsɪv/), which has a /st/ cluster.
