All six words share the spelling -ound and the rhyming sound /aʊnd/. The verb compound is usually /kəmˈpaʊnd/ and rhymes with them, but the noun/adjective compound is /ˈkɑmpaʊnd/ with first-syllable stress, so it does not rhyme. Watch out for wound: it can be /wuːnd/ (injury) or /waʊnd/ (past of wind), despite the same -ound spelling.
