英语的过去时必须有形态标记：DC 的过去式是 DCd（也可写作 DCed 或 DC'd），不能直接用原形 DC。中文动词没有时态变化，靠“昨天”这类时间词就够，所以容易漏掉词尾 -d。
易错句子I DCed the internet and lost the call.正确表达I DCed from the internet and lost the call.
DC 是不及物动词，意思是“（自己）断开网络连接”，不能像中文“断开网络”那样直接接宾语；要说明从哪个网络断开，需用 DC from + 网络。
易错句子My internet is DC now.正确表达My internet has DCd now.
DC 是动词，不能像形容词那样直接放在 be 动词后。表示“已经断线了”这一完成状态要用 have/has DCd：中文用“了”表示完成，不区分词性，因此容易说成 is DC。
